So, Greipel's wins may have been in "shit small" races, but at least Greipel was winning in those "shit small" races. Looks like Cav can't quite manage that.

He was confirming that the commissar transmitted his number to the finish line as involved in the crash. Inside the last 3k he gets the same time. If you'd raced before you would know to do it too.
