another one of QST's second rank leaders finding out that being the big gun all the time isn't quite as much fun as they expected.

Nuyens learned it at saxo and Steegmans learned that at katjusha and radioshack (and hopefully devolder won't have to learn it at vacansoleil)

hoping the results will start coming back now that he's under the wing of lefevre and boonen because when motivated and in form he can rival with boys like hushovd in a difficult sprint...

I think you mean Nuyens learned it at Cofidis and Rabobank
Or you gaze into the future and see that Nuyens will fail as a classic leader at Saxo as well (which he probably will)

Thats a shocker, theres no way i would have had him down as movistar, frankly i think he ll fail there anyway, but hell with the team they have what a wonderful opportunity he will have

Does anyone know of a good site that lists all of the rider transfers for next season? Like I had no idea that Robbie McEwen moved to Pegasus and now I need to get with the program.

RealCyclist.com line-up: Francisco Mancebo, Cesar Grajales, Cole House, Thomas Rabou, Frank Travieso, Evan Hyde, Tommy Nankervis, Yosvany Falcon, Mike Midlarsky, Josh Berry, Matt Crane, Ian Burnett, Ian Burnett, Oscar Clar.

I thought Cole House was riding for BMC this year. Bummer for him. I wonder what happened.

Gee I didn't know that either. On CQ it has him as a "?" on becoming an official BMC rider not a trainee

(source: sporza)

Lefevre has meantime revealed that he won't say no against a return of steegmans but that he doesn't want to pay a cent to buy him out of his contract at radioshack.

Yes, the move to Norway was hindered by the rules that would apply that says that a certain number of rider have to be from the country of registration. That would have forced them to sign at least 8 norwegians but they couldn't do that already this year. The plan is apparently to still have a norwegian registered pro continental team next year.

The same rule for pro-continental teams or just for continental teams ?

I think it applies to all registered UCI teams. The specific rules are diffrent for each country I believe so in most countries this doesn't apply but Norway seems to be one of the countries that enforces this type of restriction on teams.

For example De Rosa - Ceramica Flaminia is registered as irish team but dont have any irish riders in their roster .

What I mean is that it applies to all registered UCI teams in that country no matter what registration level. So the Irish Cycling Federation have diffrent rules than the Norwegian Cycling Federation.
