Kvinto said:I hope so, but anyway it would be a risk. But also if France will have more than one team in the PRT next year it'll be easier to get this wild card and if Euskaltel are sure they'll enter the Tour being a pro-conti there's no need of a PRT status for tham...
edit: the point is if you're a pro-conti you can't be 100% sure
just some guy said:I don´t Sammy is loved by most, KOM and a stage win plus ASO owns 50% of the Vuelta so need to keep them happy, also if no EE then the orange army would not make the trip to the mountains stages near Spain and the tour would miss than.
ingsve said:Could be good for them. They certainly need more riders for their classics team.

hatcher said:Is Cav cocky enough to go on Sky Sports and announce a move to Garmin?
Arnout said:Intention of EE is and always will be compete at the highest level, so they will always be looking for WT spot. With the team they have for next year it might not be too realistic though, lacking a lot of depth in my opinion, its a pity they don't even have the money to keep the most promising youngsters which is really the cause of all the trouble in my opinion.
Anyway, EE has very good relations with the ASO and will be invited to Tour no matter what happens, this is guaranteed to Madariaga. Just some guy is also right in that a lot will have to happen to not invite them as the Tour simply needs spectators in the Pyrenees.
Giro might be another matter, but I guess they can go there too after this year and with Samu hinting he wants to do it. Means they will have to cut back on other races though.

hatcher said:Cummings officially to BMC. Good signing that.

Kvinto said:i guess it's because sometimes it's too hard to believe that the rider who was capable of competing with Contador on Alpe d’Huez simply can't cope with a three weeks of racing.
Waterloo Sunrise said:Well, top of the CQ table - it took Wiggins a while but he's not far off, although Garmin are more like Arsenal this year (which is not a complement).
Benotti69 said:Not sure winning a monument and Paris Roubaix is similar to Arsenal's performance this season. Garmin are the Birmingham city
Sky are like Man City. Loads of money and no major victories.![]()
vattenfall and eneco are decent victories but certainly not major victories.Midnightfright said:Vattenfall classics and Eneco tour. If that's not major victorys o don't know what is.

Not to mention 2 TDF stages and 2 Vuelta stages.Midnightfright said:Yeah i know just joking really the Dauphine win was probably there biggest win. I didnt even expect that from them really
maltiv said:Not to mention 2 TDF stages and 2 Vuelta stages.
Midnightfright said:And two guys on the podium at the Vuelta. They really pulled themselves together this year.
Andy99 said:Various sources on Twitter suggesting Phinney to Cofidis...?
Waterloo Sunrise said:Not sure if that is a joke? In any case, if you look at his account, you'll see why the two words got linked.

Sophistic said:Horner & Kloden still havent signed a contract with the new team?
LukeSchmid said:Craig Lewis has signed a contract which is good news.

Claims he will be given a leadership role and will race in Europe mostly plus California.
Would GE give him leadership in races?
I must admit I don't know much about Lewis as a rider.
