Well, let's hope he'll be more successful than Devolder at least.

Well, that's a pretty low standard to set.

Rujano must either really enjoy riding Bianchi bikes (*) or they must really get a sales boost in Veneuzala with him on board.

(*) Enjoyment limited to the first 18 stages of the Giro only.

it's 99% liquigas. very good news as he will have a free role there.

You need to stop with the percentages.

Anyway, I guess it is clear that Cannondale is just going to be a stage hunting and classics team next year. Unless they turn Moser into a GC rider

Moser won Poland. That doesn't make him a favorite for Tirreno, Pais Vasco, Dauphine or a GT, I know.

No but it shows potential. He was also 3rd at the Italian championships on a very difficult course, won trofea laigueglia, won Eschborn-Frankfurt City Loop, 2nd in Montreal and 2nd in Trofeo Melinda. He has showed a lot of promise this year of becoming a great rider in the future in either the classics or GT's.

Sagan vs. Cavendish should be fun at the tour assuming Cav leaves Sky.

He's only 21 and still developing, who knows maybe he will pull a Sean Kelly and go after the GT's. I look forward to seeing him in the classics though, Cannondale will have a strong classics team with him and Sagan leading it.

good riddance

Klostergaard is propably a nice guy and a loyal helper, and its sad for him, but indeed this is about time. He has never ever had the level to ride in the protour.

Yes, but thats the only real result in his entire career. Before that being prominent in a early breakaway in Paris-Roubaix was his finest acomplishment...

This year he has even had the chance to ride his own chance in many races due to the poor Saxo Team, but he has done nothing and been completely invisible.

I guess he will be very motivated on sunday to repeat the Paris-Tours result, so that he might still get a new contract somewhere else, if he fails again I think he will have to look for a new career. But ofcourse with the fairly similar/evenly poor Gabriel Rasch going to Sky miracles can happen.

He's a good replacement for Devolder, Ricco, and Mosquera in the Vacansoleil fail department.
Is he? I wonder what Quick Step and Caisse d'Epargne (MOV) have to say about it. :D

That's a race in the European Continental Tour. ;)
So sad that Paris Tours has become just that: Once upon the time it was considered a fantastic fall classic for the sprinters on a long distance course. How things change. Isn't Paris Tours one of the few races remaining that was started in the 1890's? It remains the French race that belgium's cyclists won the most time and that Gilbert won twice already

Rasch is a very decent cobbles domestique.

Yeah, I admit it's difficult to outfail those three. But maybe it's possible.
TBH, I'm pulling for Rujanito. Hope he can get it together this time around.

he rode baldy in caisse, still they were happy with him. he managed top 5 german rundfahrt for instance. he's a rider that can ge tpoints pure on class. so he's always an assett. that's why caisse wanted to renew him and tried to sign him on multiple occasions since then. people here tend to think he's nothign short of amazing. but the reason so many teams still want him is because despite all hazards he has. his talent is unique. getting a rider that can win gt stages for low money is a no-brainer

So if we assume Cav is going to OPQS then what would the train be like?

Velitsx2, Terpstra, Martin, Grabsch, Chavanel, Boonen, Devenyns and Cav himself?

Rumours say that Sky wantd to exchange Kwiatkowski for Cavendish (apart from money). But Omega didn't agree. So now we have no idea what's going to happen. One thing is sure - Kwiatek is not going to Sky.
