Sky have been very interested in him for a while but if he isn't going to RSNT then it could be anywhere really as every world tour team would be interested in such a talent.
Do you know who his agent is?
I know that Lucien Didier, father of RSNT rider Laurent Didier and former professional, has been a close mentor to him, but I don't think he would be his agent. Other than that I have no idea ...

OPQS should sign him. They don't have anyone for the races he wants to be good in. It's been since 2008 actually since they had a decent rider for that territory.
Yes that would be a good fit, he could learn a lot from Martin and Boonen for example.
A while ago it was rumoured that French teams were very interested, but as Ranton said pretty much anyone must be interested. Some users on cyclismactu have been suggesting AG2R, where he could join his friends Julian Kern and Ben Gastauer. But I think this is more wishful thinking, as much as I appreciate AG2R, Jungels going there would seem like a bit of a waste
