I am afraid Txurruka will not go to Saxo-Tinkoff because of that stupid pointsystem. Riis needs riders with points.

He is not good enough to do anything more in the mountains for AC than Kreuziger, Roche, Hernandez, Pires, Paulinho etc. He is allways attacking and awesome to watch, sure, but the only thing he could really do in Saxo-Tinkoff is really getting a free role in let us say the Vuelta

Saxo-Tinkoff needs riders for the Giro and Vuelta too, not only TdF.
'Kreuziger, Roche, Hernandez, Pires, Paulinho etc' can't ride all 3 GT's.
And I'm sure Txurruka is cheap.

Riis will probably put him in the Giro(for points) and he'll be a domestique for Contador in the Tour.

I wonder how useful he is, if he is doing a Giro as a leader. Basso was useless at TDF couple months ago. I think contador needs fresh leg in order to compete with sky's domestique cyborg..
