He's not that awful, he had several decent results over the past few years.GuyIncognito said:Bye Bye Bicycle said:Why the hate for Sanz? Just because he's a sprinter? If Movistar wants to get rid of underperfomers, they should look at Ventoso, Dayer Quintana, Sutherland.
No, because he's an awful rider who can't do anything and isn't good enough for even the smallest continental teams, yet always gets a roster spot because he's nephew to the team manager.

Nice transfer he should obviously thank Soudal for.

Yep, Soudal also wants a British rider (probably for the 2017 season).

Not quite sure if he's a leader, but Haas can certainly do a very good job for a leader, like he did for Hesjedal and Martin on several occasions. No reason he can't be a co leader at 1.1 and 1.HC races though.greenedge said:JRanton said:In non-Sky transfer news, Nathan Haas is confirmed as leaving Cannondale-Garmin. Linked with MTN.
He could be a good leader for the Ardennes, and it will be nice to see him attack a lot.

Their signings for 2016 are better, than I expected! Maybe they've managed to increase their budget somehow? I think their new riders will be earning more alltogether, than Martin and Hesjedal were.

No she doesn't. If Tinkov wasn't now skint and was making good signings then that's all we'd hear about in this thread too. One of the issues is that Sky has waited so long to announce their transfers when it seems like the majority have been done for several months now.

Agreed. Sky is the only team whose fans insist on posting theoretical lineups for all 3 GTs everytime there is a rumor or signing. It's been the same for a few years now.

That's true. It's not something that I've done so why include my name in her post? I made one general comment on Sky's signings in the transfer thread. Shocking I know.
Smith and Oram are really interesting signings IMO. I was thinking about them as the next riders from American Conti teams who could eventually find their way to WT in the future.JRanton said:One Pro Cycling signs three Kiwis for 2016: Dion Smith, James Oram and Hayden McCormick
