According to L'Equipe, AG2R offered him a two year deal.

They are in need for another climber next year for sure as Peraud may be done and Fatancur is ... lets not go there, so they basically have just Bardet.

That being said, I dont think any French team is a good idea ...

i read somewhere that bentacur signed with moviestar already.

Not confirmed yet.

Schleck, Zubeldia, Mollema, and now Hesjedal. Why do teams think if they have enough 2nd and 3rd tier GC riders they will somehow be better than the sum of their parts? Five wins between them in the last three seasons - and 60% of those were Mollema.

L'equipe say Landa to Sky is done and he'll lead at the Giro. I think this could be his program next year:

Ruta del Sol/Oman
Paris-Nice
Basque Country
Ardennes
Romandie
Giro
Tour

With Konig, Nieve, Gorka, Lopez, Kiry, Suitsou, Puccio & Viviani backing him in Italy.

Wow! Did not see Ryder to Trek coming! I guess Trek wants someone to fly the GC flag at the GIRO! Ryder definitely improved his contractual appeal by his efforts in this years Giro. Going to be interesting to see If JV has signed Uran? I would rather have Uran at this point then Ryder just on the age factor alone. Uran would not see a day more then a 2 year deal from me.

With Bauke flying the flag at Le Tour Trek want a GC man. For 2 grand tours. Makes sense. Cancellara is getting old fast. And you can see all the new classics guys coming on fast! In other teams. I would be looking to get my hands on Formolo if I could groom him as a Big GC guy.

Ryder to Trek, will probably be a GC option. Mollema doesn't seem to have settled in yet and they may need someone like Ryder to help guide him. On the other hand, would be nice to see Ryder get some real support versus the Garmin way of having multiple leaders and much of the time riding by themselves cause the team wasn't able to ride. Its only a one year deal for Ryder so he is really looking at making an impact or looking at possible retirement after next year. If nothing else, he can be a super domestique for Mollema and maybe take some performance pressure off.

Some rumours for LottoJumbo.

The team just started following six riders on Twitter. They don't follow a lot of pro cyclists. Well actually they are only following their own cyclists on Twitter and that's why this looks kinda serious. The six riders are:

Danny van Poppel (Trek)
Boy van Poppel (Trek)
Nathan Haas (Cannondale-Garmin)
Thomas Sprengers (Topsport Vlaanderen)
Kenneth Vanbilsen (Cofidis)
Lawson Craddock (Giant)

Was wondering if anyone knows if Soren Kragh Andersen and Mads Würtz are going pro next year? In an interview with CN, they say he has a WorldTour deal for next year, but won't say with who. Only clue is he is moving to Girona. Given their goal of developing young guys, is his destination OGE or are other teams being linked?

Vanbilsen : thought he had a contract with Cofidis but only for this year it seems so... so possible they are signing him to do what they have a lot of sprinters... to support Vanmarcke?

In fact their only real sprinters are Hofland and Markus. The latter just isn't good enough and will probably not get another contract, and Hofland has been disappointing this year for the most part. Van Poppel has potential for the future, together with Hofland he'd be the designated sprinter and Vanbilsen might function as a lead-out man for them?
