Tour team: Cav, Renshaw, Eisel, Farrar, EBH, Sioutsou, Cummings, Kudus, Meyer?

I think the addition of Farrar to Cav's train is redundant with Renshaw and Eisel. EBH's presence would be vital for Cavendish, which is also a shame for the Norwegian to be reduced to that role.

EBH could get a free role in the hillier stages that is too hard for Cavendish.

But yeah, Farrar is kinda redundant in general. But his main goal is always the Tour, so I expect him to be there.

In a tv shows in Flanders yesterday Lefevere announced that Stybar had an offer from Cannondale but Lefevre convinced him to stay, he said to Stybar : when will you succeed in dropping and Kristoff and Degenkolb or beating them in a sprint, stay with us and with Terpstra and Boonen in your team you might have more chance

The cat is in although Tinkoff Saxo haven't officially announce that Oscar Gatto has signed for them. They should shortly as the team for next year is expected to meet towards the end of October in Croatia.

Well supposedly he's also in negotiations with Nippo, as are Cesare Benedetti and current stagiaire Emanuele Onesti. Pippo Pozzato is in talks with Southeast, and Cristiano Salerno is also leaving Bora.

Apparently Erik Baška (U23 european champion) signed for Tinkoff. Seems like Sagan has a really strong position in the team. Baška also got offers from both Topsport and Caja Rural, I have feeling those two could have been better for him at this point of the career.

Topsport Vlaanderen offer seems strange to me. They only sign flemish riders.

Maybe someone who command slovakian can translate: no Erika zrejme sklamalo to, že jeho avizované stretnutie s Lefeverom sa v Richmonde neuskutočnilo. but Erika obviously disappointed that the announced meeting with Lefevere has taken place in Richmond according to google translate. I think it means he has had talks with Lefevere but was not given a contract.

It means he was supposed to meet Lefevre in Richmond, presumably to talk about future options (maybe about possible move from Topsport to Etixx later on) but it didn't happen.
It's worded like a speculation why he didn't go to Topsport.

So one team folding in the top 2 divisions
Will any of the Colombia riders cross the pond and ride in Europe?
ranked from CQ but included PCS ranking

CQ118/PCS142 Rodolfo Torres -1987 (5 top 3 2015) maybe the most interesting rider, 32nd in the Vuelta, surely could be Pro Tour material.
CQ255/PCS311 Miguel Rubiano -1984 (1 top 3 2015) another experienced rider, 70th in the Vuelta, has been in Europe before.
CQ351/PCS439 Carlos J. Quintero -1986 finished 92nd Vuelta
CQ405/PCS357 Leo Duque -1980 (3 top 3 2015) experienced rider who completed and finished 60th in Vuelta, has been in Europe before.
CQ406/PCS402 Alex Cano -1983
CQ578/PCS603 Walter Pedraza -1981 finished 136th Vuelta, experienced rider, will probably get you a top 3 in Colombian races ;)
CQ695/PCS608 Fabio Duarte -1986 (1 top 3 2015) the talent, could he actually turn out useful to any team?
CQ729/PCS730 Daniel Felipe Martinez -1996!
CQ996/PCS802 Edwin Avila -1989
CQ1031/PCS914 Brayan Ramirez -1992 (1 top 3 2015) finished 127th in the Vuelta

Rubiano, Sarmiento and Torres certainly would be an addition for Lampre. Especially if they're still in the hunt for Betancur. Sarmiento and Rubiano have been in Italy before.

Does Lampre have any budget left? They tried to strike Hesjedal, Rolland and the Coq, so there should be some free cash around. But I don't know how much they spend on prolonging Modolo.

Wouldn't be surprised if they strike 2 or 3 plus Bananito, eventually.

Daniel Felipe Martinez Poveda should be an interesting option. He's just 19 and had very decent results this year.

Vaughters just tweeted this "2 more rider signings tomorrow..We haven't fully baked the press release yet(clue)..Because we're still fishing for the right wording(clue)"

Any ideas on who he's referring to?
