Bilbao and Chernetskiy are pretty good signings, it's nice to see that Chernetskiy finally got out of Katusha, they kinda missused him and didn't let him ride many hilly races that should suit him well.
The guy was a huge talent as an U23 rider, he could become a good replacement for Diego Rosa.

I've always thought that Breschel was on a 2-years deal with Cannondale. This is opening more and more free spots in that team. I wonder if they will reduce the amount of riders of if there will be some new riders announced soon.

After the merger with Drapac they resigned only Canty?
I'd expected more Drapac riders on board for next season.

So far only Canty has been confirmed and no other rider has been even rumoured. To be honest, I can't see who would be fitting, especially when Norris and Mannion already signed with UHC.

Aqua Blue team owner interview with Shane Stokes. He says that they are planning to have "another five" riders from the WT, as well as Nordhaug and Brammeier, among their 16. He also says that one of them will be a "very good climber". Taking everything at face value (which isn't an entirely wise thing to do with new cycling teams) it seems that they are planning to start out as one of the higher quality PCT outfits.

SpazioCiclismo reported today that the Swiss Pro Continental outfit Team Roth will close its doors after this season.

"Without the financial security it is impossible for us to continue with the team on this level for another year,” said team owner Stefan Blaser. “We tried to negotiate with potential new partners, but unfortunately it failed to identify a solution. We are seeking a solution to all of our riders and employees."

The program will continue to field development teams at the U23 and junior level. Team Roth started in 2015 as Roth Skoda, taking four wins that year, with two victories each for Andrea Pasqualon and Alberto Cecchin.

It was never really good enough to be a pro conti team IMO.

Nuyens could not send an administrative file to the UCI in due time on 1 October for the creation of a new team but has asked for and got a postponement until 20 October.

Nuyens is the new owner of the current Crelan-Vastgoedservice team but Vasttgoedservice is making a step back as sponsor. The team would have to do without Wout Van Aert who is contracted by Crelan.

The project by Nuyens is still to merge Crelan with Veranda Willems in order to create a ProConti team that should give a decent road agenda for Wout Van Aert and Tim Merlier.

The project is in waiting of a definitive approval of the two parties involved.

I don't understand the last sentence: "Zo voelt Crelan er weinig voor om Van Aert op de weg te laten koersen".

If a speaker of Dutch can enlighten me, please, I'd be grateful. ;)
