Ridley wants to bring Boonen to Lotto-Soudal.
Together with Soudal they would pay his salary.
What is the source for this? Would certainly be an interesting move

What are the rumours on IAM? Last year there were rumours of a merger with BMC.

they are lifting their policy of only giving 1 year contracts to attract bigger names

Where does Gilbert go? And who leaves BMC with him if he goes?
Often rides with Froome in training apparently.

Gilbert often rides with any cyclist who lives in Monaco.

Apart from his friend Pozzato ofcourse :p

Belgian Newspaper "Het Nieuwsblad"
They give some good arguments:
-Benoot and Boonen get along well
-Papa Boonen works for Ridley
-Soudal is a company located in Boonens birth region
-Ridley has the money since they lost their contract with Telenet-Fidea to Trek

With Degenkolb moving to TREK, GVA resigning with BMC and rumors that Boonen might leave it looks like Etixx is going to be new home of SAGAN.

Lefevere was in Slovakia this weekend and Sagan came home unexpectedly as well.

If yes it is going to be probably very good spring season for Etixx :)

Lampre be serious, if by some miracle it happens he'll bring riders and Costa, Meintjes and Niemiec would be good domestiques.
Right now they don#t hav the money to sign him, Contadors wage alone would pobably eat up 50% of their budget, Merida would need to invest way more money, another sponsor would have to join or Contador would have to bring a new sponsor with him.

I hope not
Contador cannot end his career with a pink-ish jersey, on a Merida, and northwave shoes... :D

Don't think its inconceivable Contador will take a paycut.

Same for Boonen. Anybody suggesting that he would take half of Lotto-Soudal budget is delusional.

I don't see why degenkolb would want to leave. Without kittel they can surely pay him more money.

Because he senses them becoming the Dumoulin GC train?

The Dutch state lottery is looking to add two more years to its sponsorship deal with the LottoNL-Jumbo team, according to De Telegraaf. The newspaper also reports that secondary sponsor Jumbo wants to remain with the team, ensuring their place in the peloton until 2018.

However, it will be with a slightly reduced budget with Lotto cutting their investment from 5.3 to 4.5 million.

The Lottery and supermarket chain Jumbo stepped in to sponsor the team after Belkin exercised a clause in their contract and pulled out unexpectedly at the end of 2014. Securing another two years of sponsorship will be key for the team whose star rider Sep Vanmarcke is out of contract at the end of this season.
