Why not, if there's no sponsorship then he's obviously free to move on. Only problem is if the sponsorship status remains uncertain for sufficiently long that finding a new contract becomes more difficult. There could be a clause in the contract pertaining to that eventuality though.dimspace said:well saxo bank till the end of 2010, and then who knows who hes contracted to after that..
can only assume from that, that the team have a sponsor lined up.. no rider would sign for a sponsorless team, surely..
