Eugenio Bani (18) has signed for Amore e Vita. Bani is suspended after testing postive for pregnancy hormone HcG, and is out for 21 months. But the catch is that Bani cannot race in Italy, but he is free to race in France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Uzbekistan, North Korea etc., basically any country other then Italy.

I had to read this twice to make sure... ben swift to Sky then, he was training with russell downing yesterday so more than possible

Swift and Downing ive on pretty much the same street and regulrly train together with the local chain gangs, glad to see swift at sky but not so sure about the way the move came about especially after all the support he had from the Russians this year

After that happened he signed with Lampre conditional on Lampre getting a ProTour license.

well saxo bank till the end of 2010, and then who knows who hes contracted to after that.. :D

can only assume from that, that the team have a sponsor lined up.. no rider would sign for a sponsorless team, surely..
Why not, if there's no sponsorship then he's obviously free to move on. Only problem is if the sponsorship status remains uncertain for sufficiently long that finding a new contract becomes more difficult. There could be a clause in the contract pertaining to that eventuality though.
