Talking of Astana, Bontempi was supposed to be one of their new DS but Lampre posted a video of their team presentation and there's Bontempi as well.

Found the answer (kazakhnerider twitter feed): Guido Bontempi is going to be the new DS at Astana. Fabrizio Bontempi is still with Lampre.

Iljo Keisse will race for Team Quick Step in 2010, both on the track and the road.

Keisse signs with Quick Step - cyclingnews.com

Interesting that he will be used as one of Boonen's lead out men. Can't see what use he would be in a GT.

from what I've read quick-step doesn't want to use him in a GT, he's given the chance to combine his days on the track with riding on the road in smaller races as either the lead out or even as main sprinter for the team.

not a bad move, quickstep has a number of decent sprinters but none of them have a real acceleration like a cavendish or a mcewen, they all need a lead out train (or lead out man) to keep the speed really high in the approach, with keisse they will normally have someone that can do that. The other point is that keisse is really fast, in pure speed he's no farrar or cavendish but he has enough speed not to want to go to the finishline with him in the pack...

Yevgeniy Nepomnyachsiy is probably 25th member of Astana Team.
He was 7th on last U23 WChamp and 14th on quite hard Tour of Qinghai Lake.
We don't have confirmation from the team or KCF, but we have received info that he's in Pisa - Astana camp
