Which would mean that Contador leaving is almost a certainty

I assume he's talking about the story in Velonation a couple of days ago (transfer rumors). As the rumor goes, AC is supposed to resign for 3 years with Astana and Kreuziger joining the team.

Wont happen probably. As far as I know is that Kreuziger wants to go somewhere where he would be the sole leader of the team

Money could make a big difference.

How much money would they be able to giv him, while ensuring that Contador stays for three years (which already would mean a hefty sum) and the reinforcements that Contador would most likely want (again quite a hefty sum). I think this will not come to fruition, Astana could better try to guide that young Kazakh guy to a GC contender, Vino seems to really talk him up ( don't know the name of the guy anymore)

If Vino is taking up the team manager role as some people said, there might be some money left for riders, no?

astana have no budget limit. they offered contador 32 million euros in 4 years. there's no team in the world who can pay that. same way phonak had no budget limit.

Riccardo Riccò heading to Quick Step for the Vuelta a España?

The rumor mill is churning, but La Gazzetta dello Sport normally has the inside line
According to website WielerFlits.nl, Italian news paper la Gazzetta dello Sport has linked Riccardo Riccò (Ceramica Flaminia) to the Quick Step team for a ride in this year's Vuelta a España. The controversial Italian returned to the peloton this spring following a two-year doping ban for using CERA, the third generation EPO.

Yannick Eijssen (21) also to quick-step (not 100% sure yet)

there's a lot of young belgian riders who are normally moving up to a pro tour team next season, besides eijssen De gendt (23), Van Marcke (22), Lodewyck (21), vermote (21), robert (20) and debusschere (20) are also moving up...

most of them will off course be going to either quickstep or omega pharma but for a few of them foreign teams like cervelo, garmin, katusha and vacansoleil are also being named as possible destinations...

besides that a lot of rumours going aroun here in belgium, devolder either going to radio shack or vacansoleil, leukemans to quickstep or katjusha, meersman to radio shack and boy wonder keukeleire rumoured to be wanted by 4 pro tour teams including katjusha and omega pharma

Tom Jelte Slagter (Dutch U23 road race champion) will move to the Rabo Pro Team next season. 20 years old, he's only been at Rabo Continental for six months, and he's the next Dutch climbing talent.

Like Gesink etc?
Well, this is only the first year at continental level for Slagter, and he's had better results than both Gesink and Mollema in their first year. And he has a decent sprint. Then again, I don't think he's a Gesink, but who knows.
