Really..that must be why they only transfuse compatible blood (and it can be different BTW) then...and that's what the original post was about. The problem with that is that it gets detected, hence Tyler's problem.

The talks are about a mix-up. In a normal transfusion you get blood from another donor, but in Tyler's case the blood had to be his or else he'd be caught, as he was. Which leads me to think that if it was indeed a mix-up, he got lucky the foreign blood that got into his system was compatible with his.

I might be missing something of course, after all I'm not quite that far in Tyler's book.

Thanks, great interview; he seems much more relaxed and composed compared to the one he did with the writer. (I think it was mentioned here too in a couple posts, just agreeing.)
