USADA has NO problem with this. Their witnesses WILL be available for cross during a hearing -- but not before.
This is what happened in the Landis case(s).
The claim made by Team Armstrong that he will not get to cross-examine witnesses is a LIE.

Time to start up Trust But Verify, version 2.0: This time with less trust and more verify.
Thanks dB - whose expertise on these matters comes as a prime facilitator in the Landis wiki strategy.

Which has what to do with what I said? On topic, please.

You know the forum rules. If you think there has been a personal attack, submit a complaint.
You originally claimed an expertise, though trustbut, that may have appeared overreaching to some. Yet, having ultimately become a core player in the Landis PR campaign, you have gained more authority than you may appreciate.
BroDeal was merely providing a backhanded compliment, while also offering a path to redemption.
The rest of us cannot state with the same amount of credibility that this statement by Armstrong was a lie, now can we?
Yet, when you speak with the authority gained from this experience,
especially when you cite the experience, then that experience itself is incorporated by default within this topic.
Dave.
