You kind of remind of this guy that used to post a lot here that had this really cool/scary clown head avatar, it was like red white and blue clown makeup or something. I like an avatar that makes it easy to find a particualr poster. Not much for names.

Sure, Frankie might be able to testify that his team did not get an invite to a race. But Lance is not going to admit to causing that--and any powers of the arbitrator (limited as they are) only extend to USADA and the accused doper. It may very well be true, but it could simply be friends of Lance messing with Lance's enemies on their own initiative. You need some evidence to connect the act to Lance and, unlike federal court, an arbitration panel doesn't have that power.

I expect that the intimidation evidence is going to be much more direct--Fom Lance directly to the target.

Polititians needs to stay away from commenting on sporting authorities. Look what happened with Contador. All they do is make it easier for corruption and bias to occur

Sensenbrenner is a tw@t. He also doesn't believe in anthropogenic climate change, so that's about what I'd expect from him.

I'm really happy with Tygart. He's all about fairness to the athlete. He rolls on Lance, he betrays himself. Not gonna happen, I say.
