surely you didn't need to read through this stuff to know that.
in this day and age, you cannot win a GT on paniagua, period.
nor can you finish 4th in the TdF on paniagua, for that matter.

no, I got that long ago...my point is more about juicing the whole team...

Pages 111 to 114 makes for some sombre reading. For anyone who has ever been exposed to peer pressure, it is a scenario which is all too familiar. But with that background? You'd think a good manager would know the story. If Zabriskie's story is true, to be led on for a few years then be confronted en masse like this, it's was a terrible act and I suddenly look forward to Bruyneel's arbitration so he can be questioned about this.

Tim Herman, as an attorney, could be one guy to have trouble down the road. Can see a disciplinary proceeding against him. It looks like he may have knowingly participated in a conspiracy to defraud
SCA. Same with Stapleton.

I know nothing about this topic, but am interested. What elements may potentially push Herman's conduct past the point of representing his client to the best of his ability, and instead participating in a conspiracy to defraud?

Read most of it and impressed by the work of USADA.

Especially tracking the payments made by Lance to Ferrari.

Also felt a bit sorry for Zabriskie.

I'm guessing that was most likely part of the material handed over to the USADA by Novitzky.

It seems that a number of key names appear to be missing from the list of affidavits. No Stephanie McIlvain, no Cheryl Crow, no Kristin Armstrong, and I am sure that there are others.

Whilst their testimony is hardly necessary, given the weight of the evidence, I was expecting them to contribute to the process of 'closure'.

It seems that it is not only Armstrong who is dedicated to maintaining the lies, or have I missed something?

I would have also thought that people like Prentice Steffen would have been called to give evidence, but the report only seems to mention in passing his comments in L'Equipe. Surprising when Armstrong's attack on Steffen is probably the classic example of his bullying tactics, quote: "I have a lot of money, good lawyers, and if you continue to talk, I'll destroy you."

It seems that there is a lot of dirt on Armstrong that has still not been presented.

None of the evidence USADA summarizes in this Reasoned Decision was obtained fromthe United States federal law enforcement investigation involving Mr. Armstrong. After the announcement by U.S. District Attorney Andre Birotte on February 3, 2012, that he was discontinuing the criminal investigation of Armstrong’s conduct, USADA formally requested copies of non-grand jury evidence from the case. However, no documents have been received to date. As a result, none of the evidence assembled by USADA has come from federal lawenforcement.

This is the last paragraph of page 3

No Horner!

Just finished reading it. Good to know that basically all of the speculation of (the credible) posters here over the last several years is borne out. Good to see what we've suspected, and seeing the names of George and Levi written down as having testified was nice, even if expected. It's impossible to see how Armstrong and his team could possibly explain this away. Truly a mountain of evidence.

Oh but you just know they'll try...."it's all hearsay, deny deny deny, it's nothing more than a witchhunt...blah blah blah"

All of that from a guy who supposedly "didn't want to fight anymore because he was too tired and wanted to be with his family"......

For a guy who "doesn't want to fight anymore", and has said repeatedly that he wouldn't 'fight any charges that USADA brought against him", he sure is what? FIGHTING CHARGES USADA BROUGHT AGAINST HIM. Once again, the uniballer is a liar.

What was he saying?

Lance didn't contest because it was unfair the cards where stacked agaisnt him and it was clear he was going to lose.

usada wants people to believe that lance was doping.

something about no due process.
