Don't agree. I would say Nibali is best GT rider in world at this precise moment because nobody could beat him at Tour.

Tours not the only race in the world, and it's not the be all end all of who's the best cyclist in the world.

IMO there is the best. The big 4 that are more or less about equal/same level with each other.
