I had yet to buy one. What was the state of your panic buttons after Tour of Poland 2013?
Nah everyone is born with one you were just still calibrated to Andy Schleck.I had yet to buy one.
Actually I think I was rooting for Basso that Vuelta. And then he abandoned because it was too cold in the Gallina stage and I pretty much knew his career was over.Nah everyone is born with one you were just still calibrated to Andy Schleck.

Then he had to do the thing where you domestique for Contador and go backwardsHe was good, best in years until he literally froze on his bike on that stage.
Julien Bernard said that Nibali attacked trying to make the early break.Actually he didn't do anything

Almost 3 weeks till the start of the Giro, so I guess he should be good to go. Likely not in top shape in the first week but he might be very helpful later in the race.Good news. Ciccone should resume training soon.Ciclismo, coronavirus: parla Ciccone

Peaking for week 3 is obvious, but I don't think he specifically plans to not do anything until that. He attacked Rocassaro in 2016 only to get dropped by Dumoulin lol.So whats the plan, peak for stage 18 + 20 like it was 2016?
Didn’t he have a saddle sore the size of a golf ball? Or was that another yearActually I think I was rooting for Basso that Vuelta. And then he abandoned because it was too cold in the Gallina stage and I pretty much knew his career was over.

I think in 2016 he underestimated the opposition tbh.2016 he was attacking whenever the idea crossed his mind, stages to Roccaraso, Corvara, Andalo, just to get dropped later in the process.
Same year, but that happened before the Giro (which he was supposed to ride and didn't).Didn’t he have a saddle sore the size of a golf ball? Or was that another year
It's not like that Slongo approach is always working though. Losing time early in gt's has been a huge problem for Nibali and usually him being sh*t in the first week has a strong correlation with him being absolutely nowhere in the prep races. He was decent in Lombardia was he not. Unless there's been some hidden illness I think we're just witenssing the Slongo apporach. I'm not gonna get worried until he's actually dropped badly in the giro.
TT putting me completely at ease...
17 seconds on Froome, nothing to worry about
