Good news: latest info is that the accident is not as severe as originally thought. Race to restart within minutes. #voltacatalunya

The advantage of Cherel, Pineau and Moncoutie was 3 minutes at the time of the accident. They are to start again with the same advantage.

Right. No cyclists were involved, but race was stopped for 38 minutes to evacuate the injured.
