On the other hand he has surprised me so many times and yet I keep underrating him despite being a fan. Like I don't believe he can do the treble Giro, Tour, Vuelta this year... A double is a more realistic goal, doesn't matter which one.

He has the luxury he doesn't have to drop the others. The others have to drop him and be the outright better rider to win. So this makes sense imho.

Odds are low because a lot of people will simply look at results, see Tirreno + 3 consecutive stages and decide Roglic is real peak shape again. I don't think he's a favorite over Evenepoel.

Bardet got dropped by Mäder, Paret-Peintre and Vaquelin on the first MTF and dropped by Mäder and Powless on the second MTF in P-N. And dropped by Jorgenson on Eze in the last stage.
If he’s 4 stars then I guess Mäder should also be 4 or maybe 5 stars?
