It's sheltered, and sustained wind isn't high at all. It's the wind gusts that are problematic and dangerous on higher altitude. Chances of echelons on this parcours are really slim.

5% ramp on the final km. Don't thnk Rogla can do anything here against the climby sprinters. Maybe he can try an attack and he drops the sprinters, and he just has to beat Ayuso to the line. Don't see it happening, but...
