Too hard for Steimle I think. It's a 35km/u TT. I doubt even Campenaerts will be in the mix.

Wellens definitely favorite for me. Suits him perfectly, also with the technical last km on cobbles.

There's quite a lot of UCI points on offer, that is if the race is still ranked as a 2.Pro race. Same amount as for winning the Volta ao Algarve, for instance For a team like UAE, obsessed with the UCI ranking, this is the biggest race day of the season so far.

Last year's Trofeo Ponente Rosa and Tour Féminin Pyrénées were both scandalous races, but they still managed to get 4/6 stages and 2/3 held respectively.

last year's "Junioren Rundfahrt" probably comes closest, which was cancelled after the prologue. As far as I can see, no UCI points for GC were handed out.

edit: the prologue results were nullified afterwards, though, so it's probably not the best example.
