Almeida just destroyed his chances and that of the team. Why? he clearly wasn't going that bad if he comes into the finish before Martinez after riding about 100 k on his own. If he can't ride a mountain on a pace of a peleton with 50 guys because he has to do a few watts more then planned...then maybe domestiquing is the better job for you.
Almeida has just told on TV he's got a flu

I don't think he would be a good domestique. He's an improved version of Meintjes.

If they do this 1-2-3 tactics in Angliru, it is going to enter cringe territory.

Very interesting to see how are they going to manage egos and public image.
There is no tactic on Angliru, it’s only a question about power (unless they do moves before the steep part). As it seems now it’s very likely they will go 1-2-3 also there.

Of course there will be tactics.

Tactics between the Jumbo riders, I mean.

Basically if Vingegaard will be allowed free way to ride 100% his strength or not, independently on how much time he recovers on Kuss.

I've always had a hard time cheering for Vingegaard, but he can fully f**k off today.

Imagine a world where Vingegaard is back there, protecting the leader of the race, who happens to be his teammate. What an absolute d!ck.

etc etc..
You are one radical puppy,...dang' if you can get so rallied, & constantly need to vent comment after comment and sling profanity left & right..
I feel sad for a bonafide champ like Pogacar, with radical sizes like you claiming to be in his corner, - as that rancid level is the exact opposite of the class Pogacar is synonym with,
Calm down, it's sport.

Lol what?!?!? The usual suspects emerge... Jonas would have taken 2 minutes today if he could have, and he'll take 2 minutes tomorrow if he can. No one is gifting Sepp anything here. Good lord.
I don't think so. I also think the team knows whose form is where. I think kuss could easily have held Jonas wheel if he wanted to, and roglic.

oh please. the 3 strongest riders are all on Jumbo. Like it matters what anybody else does.
All these other guys will just play musical chairs with positions 4-10

I have no idea of what any of that means...

Tribute to Federico Bahamontes. Helmets are a must, but those guys were the kings of cool when they flew around the countrysides sans helmets wearing aviators.
