They called lefevere after he got dropped......
No need to hide anything anymore when you already got dropped.
Just seen his pre start interview he was pefectly fine as lefevere said.
Makes no sense.

I dont believe you but lets say you are dropped by 20 seconds in the beginning of a race ''yeah, lets spill the beans to the world about your illness''

A bad day is always possible of course. I don't think he's a natural talent for these kind of super hard, climbing all day stages, so then a bad day is especially harmful.
Stages with one big climb have never been the issue though, so to get dropped on the first big climb tells us it isn't just a bad day. Even when his form was *** in Suisse he was going way better on the La Punt stage, which was harder.
