Why on earth was Roglic riding so fast?
you have one crocked view on "sport"Utter disgrace to the sport.
Maybe Mattia Cattaneo should have been leader instead of remco?. Mattia has a great form and remco is nowhere on gcSo, you are saying Roglič deserves the overall victory the most? The unbiased world of cycling agrees with you...
Basic man managment to let your leaders race to keep them happy.I mean obviously this is brilliant for the intrigue. But from the JV perspective I cannot understand this
LOL Almost as awkward as Nairo, Landa, and Valverde doing that video at the TDF.
If anything, Vingegaard was, today, not pushing for it, but he was probably very happy Roglic did the work and he couldn't be blamed.Meh it's just all a bit weird. If Kuss wins it will still feel like it was a gift. You can't convince me Vingegaard couldn't have gone 10s faster today he looked very easy the whole way.
The last 500 meters went downhill. Roglic was still riding like a madman.Because he wanted to drop Kuss and Vingegaard
Durango? Really? Who knew?Bobke Roll is pretty unhappy that Primoz rode for victory. He even suggested Sepptimus should consider changing teams. I know he loves Sepp because they both have strong ties to Durango, Colorado, but at the end of the day, Sepp has said he wants no gifts. He wants to be a true champion.
Not many were happy about Jonas coming. Seems to me he's the man they want to win the vuelta. If they let Kuss win what was the point of bringing Jonas? He has not been needed at all. Roglic alone would have won this vuelta (with the ocassional Mas help)
Who is that on your icon photo?Cycling has rarely been at such a low point since I've started watching back in '99, I think this it for me, lost all hope that this sport will get healthy eventually. What is the point of even watching this anymore? To hope a guy like Kuss get gifted a GT cause he's a nice guy?
Resting up so he can go with Remco tomorrowHas Soler finished yet?
They couldn't exactly know how strong their competitors would be beforehand. If they let Kuss win what was the point of bringing Jonas? He has not been needed at all. Roglic alone would have won this vuelta (with the ocassional Mas help)
They must have known all season? The team kept it secret from the public, but surely the team was all in on the fact Jonas was doing the doubleNot many were happy about Jonas coming. Seems to me he's the man they want to win the vuelta.
I seriously think Kuss is suffering from Imposter Syndrome. This is not normal. In red, on his birthday, dropped by his teammates with no-one ahead, and then spurring them on. WTF.
I still don't buy that the race for the vuelta has been fair within jumbo. At this point you can't say who would have won if they were actually racing each other. Because often they have not been, and sometimes they have, kind of, but not really.Van Aert got a lot of flak for gifting a stage to the lesser rider Laporte. Now people want Roglic to gift a whole three week stage race to the lesser rider Kuss ?
