Oh look, Evenepoel is winning. That means all the haters can once again come up with fake quotes to justify their hate for him. How dare he win from the break, such a coward! How dare he win KOM, useless award! He should just retire instead of offending forum members.
I don't think that is a widespread view, Remco acting void of humility and sportsmanship..said out loud that Kuss was a non factor in a immature moment of chest beating for the media, was totally unnecessary.
No matter him kicking butt in stage wins, his cavalier and careless overconfidence letting Kuss plus 40 roll away was a mental mistake, he proves over and over and over that he has the physical part of bike racing mastered. Bravo for todays outstanding victory, impressive indeed but get your ego in check.

Roglix is being denied chance to do veulta winning record, and vingagard is denied chance to do historic tour + vuelta double, because they are going to gift it to this spineless American dude bro to appease all the American twitter users
Ok this is just patently idiotic. You might not like what you saw in this race but you're calling a guy who has ridden all 3 GT's this year at a super high level, is in the red jersey and was instrumental in the wins in the other 2, 'spineless'? You're a fool.

I am a huge Sepp Kuss fan and get wanting to honor him, but the commentators are totally losing me. CVV’s respect for Vingegaard has “increased exponentially” because he is letting his teammate win?
Cycling commentators are so superficial. And they suffer from borderline syndrome.

One day it's Vingegaard the evil backstabber. The next it's Vingegaard the generous helper.
