Considering G Thomas dropped here I don't think it's beyond reasonable to believe Rog might be feeling some after effects from the same crash.

He was literally up after 1 second.

But oh well, I have yet to see Roglic getting dropped without the same "he was sick" or "maybe the crash hurt him"

No. Remco is actually extremely likeable. Great ride and insane sprint by Remco. Organizers so far are amateurs.

I agree. I'm not a Remco fan, but I do like him and his competitive spirit.

It did look like there was a runoff to his right. It’s not unusual for riders to have to brake quickly after crossing line of a mountaintop finish, because there’s so little space at the top.

vingegaard get a lot of criticism in le tour, for marking random breakaway guys and being too nervous, but it helped him here, he got bonus seconds because he recognised the right move to folllow and stayed alert to his rivals. Even if he was not as explosive as evenepol or some others. Much better than roglic who was either sleeping or weak (because of a crash of course, according to his fans)
