Because they didn't go as fasteveryone else seem to have avoided crashing after the line though
They also weren’t going as fast or celebrating like Evenepoel and broke harder after seeing his crash.
It's pretty awesome, right??!!The most poorly organized GT in the history of mankind.
He was literally up after 1 second.?
Considering G Thomas dropped here I don't think it's beyond reasonable to believe Rog might be feeling some after effects from the same crash.
Please continue repeating this every day for the next 10 years so it's absolutely sure everybody here knows your opinion about Evenepoel. He is very unlikeable tbh no matter his talent
Props for arguing with a troll.?

He just went straight into them. She couldnt see anything.View: https://twitter.com/MontVentoux23/status/1696187792278126799?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Etweet
How much space do you think was needed to slow down?
It's like he assumed they would just get out of the wayView: https://twitter.com/MontVentoux23/status/1696187792278126799?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Etweet

I agree. I'm not a Remco fan, but I do like him and his competitive spirit.No. Remco is actually extremely likeable. Great ride and insane sprint by Remco. Organizers so far are amateurs.
Too soon to say that about Roglic specially when he was involved in a crash yesterday.Vingegaard is in better shape than i thought.
Ayuso and vingegaard looked strong.
Remco naturally is more stronger in the sprint.
Roglic is a shadow of what he was, even in the sprint.
Yup.It's like he assumed they would just get out of the way
LOL, better not watch the GCN wrap up show talking about how they love this version of Remcooh no he is complaining again about the finish line and 'breaking his balls'
He is very unlikeable tbh no matter his talent

It did look like there was a runoff to his right. It’s not unusual for riders to have to brake quickly after crossing line of a mountaintop finish, because there’s so little space at the top.No run off at the finish. What are the organizers doing ?

To be fair they should. It's like he assumed they would just get out of the way
They should. He should have the freedom to crash into the barriers. It's like he assumed they would just get out of the way
You only need to take one hand off to stop your powermeter.Well as winner you naturally have your hands up for stretch and take a few seconds to do your celebration thing.
vingegaard get a lot of criticism in le tour, for marking random breakaway guys and being too nervous, but it helped him here, he got bonus seconds because he recognised the right move to folllow and stayed alert to his rivals. Even if he was not as explosive as evenepol or some others. Much better than roglic who was either sleeping or weak (because of a crash of course, according to his fans)Vingegaard is in better shape than i thought.
