Strong time by Mullen, more than a minute clear of second. Is there anyone left who might be expected to challenge it?
Maybe Ganna, but he has a history of underperforming in TTs when it's really hot.

It should also be said that Mullen is much better than everyone else here.

Well, yes. He got some very good placing against top competition in his neopro years at Cannondale but didn’t get wins when up against less exalted fields. I suspect that Trek will expect him to routinely put away TTs like this now that he’s a little older.
