It's been storming in San Juan since yesterday. Hence the neutralisation.

A rest day in a 7 stage race? Does this happen anywhere else? I'm guessing it is a concession to the early season status, allowing it to be thought of training with an edge rather than a race. Would the same reason apply to the Mallorcan races being 4 one-dayers rather than a 4-stage race?
