OK so I'm a noob and my bike isn't as flash as the top end stuff or retro rides many people here ride or fix up, but you have to start some where. Right now the bike is better than the rider.

Actually for a Specialiazed that ain't too bad in terms of looks...just get that crap off the seatpost and get some more flexibility, those spacers aren't exactly...pretty. :/

edit: Though cycling causes a vanity complex in many (myself included) who cares, just ride that bike into the ground. This is the only thing that matters.

Just spent a few hours (bad at photoshop) customising the stock image of the bike I should have by the end of the year - Canyon Ultimate CF7.0 with Athena.
Already have the Rotor Aero Q-Rings, have to wait/save for the Canyon, Antares, Rotor 3G cranks and other red bits. Should have a proper photo to post in December :p

LOL thanks. The crap on the seatpost is a bell and a light. The light's coming off as I don't ride to often at night, but it's law to have a bell on your bike down here, but the law doesn't say it has to be on the handlebars.

As for the colour scheme, well all the Tarmac SL2 compacts on sale down here are a racing red colour. It just happens that my LBS had this black frame for sale and kindly swaped all the gear over to it.

I recently got a Cervelo S3 w/Sram red. Running it on Reynolds DV46ULT's. :D

New? How much (if you don't mind sharing). I'm thinking of one with di2.
Good ride? Not too stiff?

In addition to my Lynskey Level 4 road bike, Stevens Team Ultegra 'cross bike, Giant NRS MTB, and Raleigh Rush Hour, I recently bought this no-name steel frame from eBay and built it up as a single-speed (not fixie) commuter. Racks have since been added.

...and my new ride, in its infancy.

FWIW putting Record 11 (Chorus Cassette, though) on the bike; still undecided about the crankset options, or lack thereof.

Looks like a wonderful errand bike...discrete but tasteful. Always chuckle when I see hipsters who ride their tricked out fixies to the natural foods store...yes, good for you, encourage those bike thieves! *facepalm*

Actually, a big reason for riding fixed is to deter bike thieves. Friend of mine had his stolen when we were messengering, he put out an APB on the radios, sure enough we found his bike only a couple blocks away from the scene of the crime with some Mexican dude laying in the middle of the road holding his leg. If you can't ride it, you can't steal it...;)

Similar story at a LBS; some guy stole a track bike that was out in front of the store and made it a half block. The shop employees didn't even really take off after the guy, knowing he wasn't getting anywhere on that thing. :D

mid 6's. I really like the ride. It is not nearly as still as I was expecting. For the price I think it is a great bike. I really considered a C59, but it was quite a bit more $ and in the end the S3 is still way more bike than I really need. It is a massive upgrade from my old Trek!

My new TT ride Slice 2012 54 cm just pick it up at LBS, regular price here 2350e I payed 1760e (25%club discount) with 105 group.

First impression (never riden), nice looking bike with nice finish and IMHO just one upgrade-wheels. This seat post is crazy it is in most lower position and at 82cm I need cca 72cm, so it is from 56 or even 58cm frame I guess. I cutted already and almost die. really fatasss carbon.

Those cables must be cut, frame entry points are really sharp so must be very careful when instaled, LBS mechanics did not put one firrule.

Did not expect bottle holder (2 bottles or one), really strange solution it can be monted only if seat in forward position.

Only these are not 105, some promax or something, but much better than FSA on P3.

LBS left it naked (wise guys) so bar tape must be there when I decide how much or if I would cut any.

Nice

Came in box, really cool one.
Ring bell, cat eyes. Who the **** need those on TT bike?

Bar tape, elbow pads

Surprise surprise. In line adjusters/barrel adjusters (but no place for them), bottle holder bolts, bar ends, aero bar spacers, and god knows what else.

Surprise, surprise. Just read warranty info from LBS, they gave 5 years on frame:eek: while Cannondale claim lifetime. it is possible for dealer to make those changes?Anyone.
