D. Millar was involved in a tax scheme and got indicted for it in 2004.
But tax evasion is something he never openly talked about, not even in his book, to my knowledge, so I guess he just continued with it after 2004 and may have taught Wiggins a trick or two.

That sounds like tax evasion (which is illegal - eg case against Harry Redknapp) rather than tax avoidance which isn't. HMRC will go to court in tax avoidance cases to gain a ruling (especially if the tax payer has appealed), that may be what happened with Millar - I'm not familiar with his case.

Before the bronze ride between Denmark and New Zealand, anyone else see Wiggins using an inhaler?

The question is why he didn't use that inhaler in the loo instead of broad daylight with hundreds on cameras trained on him

Who knew Wiggins was asthmatic? Wonder was it any his thousands of biographies :D

It must really hurt you that his success will stand the test of time

Yeah, it kills me that Bradley will in an alcoholic rage from the gutter tell the world what a fraud he was.

I feel uncomfortable being the voice of today's riders, like I am having to atone for the sins of another generation

hahahahahahahahahahahaha

If only Bradley if only, must be mistaking 'the voice' for some tv show.

We all know why he feels uncomfortable.

The voice(s) in his head?

Even if Wiggins is a massive dope fiend he's still an amazing cyclist, the man can do pretty much anything, I'm sure he'd have won many monuments if he had the time and inclination for them.

Yeah, even if 100% focused on that, we would maybe be able to win one P-R in a career. The other monuments, no chance. Isn't that kinda rider.

That said, doping or not, respect. I bet ya Froome didn't like Wiggins won gold again, but then on the other hand, he should pretty much have given up on eclipsing SIR BRADLEY at this point... at least in the eyes of the brits. Never gonna happen, there will only be one Sir.

Fwiw, Froome has become a lot more famous recently in Britain. For some reason, a lot of non-cycling fans still think that Wiggins has achieved more than Cav and Froome but then again, I guess a lot of Brits would rate Chris Hoy's olympic golds higher than a TdF win

The running moment was on newspapers across the world. It's probably that.

The reaction to the olympics seems all a bit underwhelming to me, probably not helped by the empty stadiums in Rio, and I don't think a lot of the public are that interested in Wiggins anymore - he's yesterdays news to some extent. I think a lot of it in 2012 was due to it being a home olympics.

'Wiggins becomes most decorated olympian' is the main headline on the BBC news site, not the sport site, the news.
