So Contador beat Froome by only 19 seconds. Doesn't take any drugs to do that. Froome has no talent.

:p

Contador is the biggest problem right now. Has been since last year.

Conspiracy theory: Maybe AC knows he's about to go down again, and just decided to hell with it, go out with a bang.

I rather suspect another ban is coming AC's way from the ADD/USADA investigation, courtesy of Levi, Johan, et al.

Basso was the rider who dropped Froome and fired El Pistolero. The Benjamin Button Effect in real live action?

jawohl, I fear for Peraud/Bardet/Pinot and the French public. 2014 was nice until it lasted ;)

I wouldn't cry too much about those guys,if Valverde couldn't handle them:rolleyes:

Froome was dropped initially because he was in a bad position in the bunch. Once Contador got the gap he went for it. If Froome had a more tactical brain they would more than likely head to head. Contador was good today but Froome was very little behind. Froome big engine (or maybe some other assistance) no brain

With retirement on horizon he's all in for the last spin.
Maybe he'll regret after today's stage for not saving something for more than couple of years in his sight. Or he's spent all the pages in his current passport, and doesn't want to build a profile from the beginning?

Tactics don't excuse a nearly 30 second gap.

No but he has Geert Leinders and "marginal gains."

Saxo and ac seem fully updated following the shift of personel from sky to saxo.

Arms race out of control, Cookson clueless.
good times ahead.

No, that was just my attempt at reformulating beech mtns theory.
I see.
It makes sense, that's why I'm asking.

Clueless? I would argue it would be by choice.

2015 should be a good one.
Will be interesting to see what others in business think about season prospects.
Tirreno could bring news. Olga has been mentioning March like some media date.
