It's about FRAUD, not doping. Why is it so hard for some of you to get that distinction?

No it's about you and your small ego. You hate the guy and can't let it go.

You're actually quite pathetic.

I know I know. Call me a "Lanceboy" or "Fanboy". But in the end you're nothing but a little man hiding behind a keyboard.

Just let it go.

Maybe I'm confused, but isn't the investigation an FDA investigation. Not the justice department or the secret service or the irs or...

Or what? What's your point? That the FDA doesn't investigate fraud?

I think his point is that its going to be kind of hard for the FDA or the IRS, Dept of Justice, Secret Service etc...for that matter to strip LA of his 7 titles. :D

Does the ASO regulate FRAUD in the U.S.?

Ok, I realize this is a an intellectual leap, but it's an inch wide. You really need me to help you make it?

If Armstrong is found guilty of FRAUD, then the ASO would be put in the position of having to decide whether they feel than a criminal convicted of FRAUD, with regard to their own race no less, deserves to hold the 7* wins he obtained through nefarious means.

following your logic michael vick should be stripped from his college awards...those kind of things just doesnt happen...i dont think i can say from top of my head a criminal athlete to be stripped from his titles (marion jones???)

LOL, and here come the Ad Hominems, when all else fails.
Did the ASO strip Riis of his title? He admitted to DOPING in "their own race no less?"

As for Greg Le Mond .. If they did (Mercx, Anqueteil, Tom Simpson, Riis, Moser, Delgado, Fignon, Kelly) .. He did.

Not really. Charly Mottet (look him up) raced clean, was pure class on a bike and could also deliver a serious drubbing to Fignon.

criminal action of person doesnt mean he/she will be stripped from his titles

You appear to be confused.

In Armstrong's case his criminal acts won him those titles. In Vick's case his dog fighting did nothing to help him win games.
