That you fell for this ruse is instructive in what else you will fall for.

So lupi, what happened? ‘Ruse’, and don’t paste some website, tell us what happened, with some proof.

They all survived. Its in all the media.
What proof do you require that I can possibly provide?

Tell me what you think happened, with what, by whom? People being attacked with Sarin survived too.

Continue to deny what? I've never definitively said that I think it was an attack ordered by Putin. I think there are a number of possibilities, the most likely of which involve Russians, whether working with or against the Russian state.

You, however, are denying that a chemical weapon was used. Your entire justification? Because the attack wasn't successful in killing anybody (yet).

Lupi logic

Your own prime minister said is was a chemical weapon and it was done by the Russian state hence why diplomats were expelled. This is what you believed now you're trying to backpedal saying it was just some random Russians.

Your government also told us the agent used. Its supposed to be deadly.
Chemical weapons aren't called WMDs because they're hit and miss.

Please find a post...any post...where I unconditionally accept the view of the UK government.

Off you trot

We are talking about this specific instance.

You said yourself it was chemical warfare.

You are saying it is a ruse and whatever was used was not a chemical weapon.

What was it then? Because it seems to have put three people into a coma.

'seems'

I don't know. Just some kind of concocted *** to make May look tough maybe.

Right. 'Seems'. So are you now widening the conspiracy to include hospital staff as well as the police, the army, the intelligence services as well as the government.

Bit of a high risk ploy this...because the narrative of chemical weapon use by a foreign state on the streets of the UK doesn't exactly reflect very well on the strength of the UK, does it.

The conspiracy theory is coming from your government not me. I'm just calling out their obvious *** and I'm not the only one. I think it plays well in the deranged mind of your prime minister to scare the public as much as possible about a non-existent threat. (Whilst ignoring a genuine one)

The UK government is not putting forward a theory. They have said definitively that the Russian state carried out a chemical attack on UK soil. Your theory is that this is a conspiracy on the part of the UK government. This is your conspiracy theory.

So which of the purported events have not happened?

There was no nerve agent release?
There were no Russians hospitalised?
There are no Skripals?

Which?

Chlorine is chemical warfare, tear gas is too. You said it was a ruse meaning by it wasn’t a chemical attack against a former Russian agent and his daughter by the Russians....ok, what was it?

The above statement is very illogical....show some proof, then it’ll be logical.

He said he didn't know anything about it when he was first asked and that's obvious in the interview there was no certainty in his response.
He turned against it very quickly whilst the mainstream supported it long before the WMD lie was exposed.
Meanwhile your idols Obama and Clinton created multiple new wars. Who fact checks your 'factcheck' site?

Who's stopping anyone from doing so?

But I guess it’s more fake news according to lupi.

Yes it is the bumbling politicians that are complicating the issue and the Russians have seized on that. Yulia Skripal's cousin in Russia said it was probably food poisoning from fish........

dont know about you, but since the sole and only source of the british govt declarations were....the british govt declarations - pls point me to ANY factuals otherwise (and of course the numerous references to some mysterious intelligence as ever was the case for the illegal iraq invasion etc), i seek the alternative sources...those i saw in english never mentioned the cousin saying anything re. food poisoning. does not mean it was not the subject of the conversation. though, me thinks, since the full audio of the convo in russian was posted, if the food poisoning was talked about it would be translated into english - and multiplied and posted in EVERY western outfit. lacking the factual translation of the fully available convo record - which should not have been i super effort - an expedient info would be what you seem to have stumbled at.

but i agree johnson blatantly lying about the source of the agent isn't helping the british story...

Oh I realise you don't know what it is. I'm asking you to tell me which of the reported elements are false. Or do you think they are all true?

I'm pretty sure the third assertion is true.
Perhaps the second one, and I doubt the first one.

Some here are taking factcheck and snopes as final word. They are not law, they need to be fact checked like anything else and if that can't be done then we always have circumstantial evidence and critical thought to make a judgement as to what is likely ***, what is slanted, which is selective and partisan spin etc.

Britain are supposed to be an ally. The US followed their advisory.
How does this jive with the left's "Trump is Putin's puppet" narrative?

Interesting that Trump feels free to comment on most things in Twitter except Putin.........the silence has been deafening.

Well he has been busy replacing anti-Putin members of his administration (Tillerson and McMaster), Congress has had to vote in legislation to prevent Trump from rolling back sanctions on Russia put in place after their actions in Ukraine, so I suppose it's no surprise when the normally belligerent Trump bends over backwards to avoid criticising Putin..

My personal favourite was this squirming:

"As soon as we get the facts straight, if we agree with them, we will condemn Russia or whoever it may be." Referring to the UK's findings, he added, "It sounds to me like they believe it was Russia, and I would certainly take that finding as fact."
