great win for kreuziguer

the race wasn't really that bad with attacks from far away from second tier riders, if only the top favourites raced like guys like kreuziguer and weening did today the race would be great.

That fact that the entire race wasn't decided on the Cauberg makes it a good race for me. :)

The problem was that coverage was so bad, that it was only interesting the last lap.

Valverde was clearly the strongest between the favorites. Looks like he is getting ready for the only race that motivates him a little besides the tour (which doesn't suit him... everything else does.).

Lol pathetic wheel sucker as usual. Winning the sprint for 2nd:rolleyes:

could be his Achilles' heel?

No... Against Fabian everyone was powerless and Sagan is still young. he was better than canc or boonen on hills at that age.

Today... well, he raced too much already, always winning or very close too.
I killed Phil on a hill on wednesday.

Too much racing.

Great race. Some expected that the route change will cause harm to AGR, but not at all. Great win by Roman, nothing accidental about it, a true and deserved winner of the race. I'm hapy that he was still able to carve something for himself as a Saxo rider, didn't fall into a trap of degenerating into merely Contador's domestique . Who knows, may be the only big win for Saxo this season, hope not..
I feel happy also for Kokoso - the biggest supporter of Roman on forum, tirelessly hyping and defending him - where is he?

If that's his Achilles'heel then he must be pretty much invicible since he is usually not that bad on hills.

Yes! Weening ftw!

Not much happened until the last kms but at least the race wasn't decided on the Cauberg which is a positive development.
