He didn't close the gap to Gilbert. Gerrans did. Valverde did what he always does, hanging in there and then doing nothing.

Anyway good win for Roman and Saxo. Some well needed WT points.

Great win for Roman. I do not mind Sagan loosing "sometimes" as long as Stybar or Kreutziger take it instead.

This race looks very very difficult to control as main favorite.

Sagan should rest now and switch to sprinter mode now.
