apparently they are riding at 33km/h while the race organisation had set the slowest pace at 35km/h...

That's slow, something you'd expect of a multiple col mountain stage. So for better or for worse, today everyone will be fresh when the last climb comes.

They're still there and so far having an easy time. We just saw Hunter chatting. They are going quite slow today so it's not surprising at all.
