Maybe, at the very least GC neutralised, but even then Froome and Porte will miss out. While Mollena also had to stop to avoid the crash.

You need some motos to have a race. The problem was the density and behaviour of fans. Should have had barriers up really, once they decided to shorten the stage.

You need the motos on mountain stages to make room through the spectators.

Not gonna be neutralized. Froome may be penalized for running without bike. I could be wrong.

If they don't give Froome and Porte the same time, or take the times at 1k or so before the crash this tour loses all legitimacy. If Froome loses this tour by anything less than about 2 minutes it will have been stolen form him by a moronic spectator.

A farce like this was always gonna happen. Using 3 motos to clear people away is clearly not gonna work with fools. You need officials on the route to keep with knob heads at the side of the road.
