What a clown fiesta. I bet there was headwind. Valverde always so close on the jersey, yet he never seems to be able to get it. Thats a bummer.

Ruben Fernandez kinda disappointing, but he won't ride GC-anyways with Movistar having 2 top dogs.

Quintana, Chaves and Contador are aiming at stage 19 ITT to put time in to Froome, they are playing safe.

they are waiting for the mythical 3rd week fade.

I agree, he might as well sprint and force everyone else to do the same, than just roll over with the others. For sure it takes more out of the bad sprinters than him.
