If he performs like in the Tour-TTs, Arndt could do very well here. Maybe Top 10 or thereabouts. The rolling terrain and also the hill in the end could suit him so that I wouldn't be too surprised if he was the best German today...

Bergen isn't the easiest place to get to. I doubt any non-Norwegian rider visited in person prior to this week.
A stage of 'Tour des Fjords' finished in Bergen a year ago. And some Belgians visited in April.

Not just the Belgians but I've read Micheal Matthews, Ellen van Dijk and a few others have recce'd the courses in Bergen a few months ago.

This time trial is a joke already, an insult to professional sports.
