Trentin seems the most likely bet for Italy given he has been quick enough to beat sagan in a small group sprint from a breakaway at the Tour before and is clearly very close to his prime form.

Gee if the weather prediction is correct there could be less than 25 riders finishing the mens RR.

Thanks for the info.

Quintana and Sebastian Henao should not be on the team for this route. The problem is who would the replacements be?

Why? Most pages predict rain until mid-week, then good weather for the weekend. :(

Avila should always have been here, and Omar Mendoza could have been really helpful. I would have left Molano for the Sub23's as well.

Avila would be a good helper for the flat. Don't know about his form, though.

I really can't see who can beat sagan in this race. This is tailormade for him

I do not think this will be a sprint. Belgium will make the hell out of this race. Sagan will be isolated and outnumbered in the finale. He will need super legs, luck and some kind of ally. Probably Norway. I just hope EBH will feel super strong and confident enough to beat him.

I hope Sagan make the hattrick but if not him, I hope EBH takes it.

Picking up some rumours that Argentina won't select Richeze because they fear he'll work for Gaviria.
Instead the select someone that will give them better chance! :D
