Yeah but I think the wins come from individual talent and not from good management.

Almost all their bigger names have underwhelmed though. The only reason that they aren't relegated already is De Lie having an improbably fast breakthrough. Having a 19-year-old as your best rider of the first half of the season just isn't sustainable.
