Lovely, green, hilly scenery right now as they are climbing, nice shots from the heli.

(Also, seeing as I missed yesterday's stage live I have to mention the reservoir they showed at 22.2 km to go, the structure was fascinating and quite eye-catching.)

I rode over that reservoir / bridge /dam (it's around Riano) years ago. Still strikes me how beautiful and scenic this hidden part of Spain is.

Much more, less then 2 minutes will be a defeat for him. If he want’s he could even finish La Vuelta GC today but he will ease on the pedals to please the organizers.

Think the same. Vine doesn't seem to be pushing hard in that group, so i think he didn't waste a lot of power. If he starts with 4minutes on the final climb, he will win and be top15 after this stage i believe.
