Hard fought out victory.

The climb broke the pack quite nicely at the end, but the climbing standard's a bit below the one at Dauphine.

A bit below? With the exception of possibly Daniel Martinez and Higuita, I don't think any of these riders can even top ten the Tour.

Can Powless make up 1' 19" on Higita in the time trial to reach the podium and still not lose more than a minute to Kung? Seems like a stretch, but maybe there is a sliver of a chance. Also, Pozzo lurking.
