I didn't follow the whole Contador/Tinkov thing, but why is he so mad at Alberto? That wasn't the first time he is attacking him extremely harsh and personal. Anyone knows more or is it just Tinkov being Tinkov?

Not need to rationalize. Oleg is a maniac. Deranged people like him don't need excuses, they just act.

Can't figure out to paste the photo directly but he's skinny. No doubt about that.

You need to surround the link with img tags. If you click to quote this post you'll see how. FYI there is a limit to the size of images that can be linked, there are ways to reduce them but they don't always work.

I guess Trek will reveal their TDF jersey today. Their bikes are predominantly white with red accents and their helmets are red instead of white, so I wouldn't be surprised if they replace the black on the original jersey with white (not sure how good that'll look)

Shame. As the season went on I really started to like the Trek jerseys, especially on Contador and Pantano

Yeah I like it as well. But let's wait, maybe they won't change.

That would look horrific if it is like I am imagining it. And obviously it will make Berto look even fatter with white on his stomach :D

Oh my god, I can't wait to see contador in this white jersey in peyresourde, just like 10 years ago. Those attacks are still alive in my heart. Vamos alberto!!

Looks like vintage 2009, 2014.

Reading some of the comments in this forum by the usual suspects and the tenor of the home articles, it's boggling how most seem to have written the guy off. Very imprudent and precipitious. Granted the Contador since 2014 was not up to par and the reason is clear now: the environment Oleg created was simply inimical to his preparation and performance. Secondly he's had an up and down career for the reasons we also know why, or more to the point not one ensconsed within the really big corporate interests of team sponsorship and the sport. But still, are folks that dumb not to see thoroughbred pedigree when its before them?

We'll know more tomorrow, but if he performs as good as he looks his rivals are going to have to start being very concerned and the press woken up from its stupor.

If he rides a good TT it's already a sign. The first mountain will be a confirmation. There is no getting around it, to climb well you need to be ultra lean. He looks very fit, but it's true only his performance will demonstrate whether or not appearances are misleading.
