Offensive? :D Only to the thin-skinned.

I just look at his posts as an opportunity to engage in a good old-fashioned internet food fight. But, I am on uber-probation now. I live vicariously now thru TFF. :)

Well I have always hated food fights. I guess that explains it. ;)

i never comment on peoples use of language or spelling, but since we speak of ethnic-linguistic nuances it's laurenzo - a walloon belgian. yes, technically he can speak flemish but it's not his first nor preferred. i know a little bit about that;)

the humo article hints at a native flemish, and as i said earlier,it is Chris VAN ROOSBROECK is the only one on astana.

and he's lance's main man ;) (see above)

Wow! Python only needed about a week to create a connection to lance. What's more, he uses deductive reasoning, (more than enough on parallel to figure out AC doped his way into this) to find some patsy whistleblower to blame.

Maybe nowinsky can help with this investigation?

When you said the story "smelled" were you declaring it fake like you're half witted friend or are you supporting omerta because he talked? I know its hard for you since its AC and I hear he's a super nice guy.

obviously galic ho is right in almost everything so i dont have much more to say.

you guys have no logic\valid arguments at all.

first, you say that all riders are dopers (dope is ilegal, so in theory no one should be doping) without proof but then you say that no farmer is using the old drugs because they are ilegal. this doesnt make sense. if you think that "obviously" a lot of riders are using "drugs" (some arent drugs), the same is applied, in the same way, that farmers are using the famous drug. so contador's theory, can perfectly be the thruth.

the thing is, cycling is much more tested and exposed than meat lol if some country has problems with clen, they will do everything to prevent that to be public. so, when you say something like "no normal person was caught with clen", you should have said "we dont know if lots of normal persons have clen or not in their blood". well, we know what's going on in very expensive restaurant's kitchens. there are cases when people are not clean even in labs etc.

the thing about the plasticizers are BS so far. so please stop talking about it.
fact:contador was caught by a microstupid dose of clen that had no efect on him (at least, positive) so based on this, he wasnt doping (doping isnt just taking drugs (bonen). doping is taking drugs with a goal of make your performances better. at least with clen, he wasnt doping and we have no proof that he used something more).

some of you are pathetic. just because you read something in wiki, you are not scientist and the smartest person in the world. you dont know nothing about doping or about the law. the first law that anyone has to respect is this : good sense. that's how it works. if contador get's a ban bigger than one week and loses is TDF title,it is wrong.

and please dont come with "some riders were banned by the same thing so contador has to be banned!"-- are you guys stupid???????????????????

you should have been saying this----- if contador is banned about this (the clen dose) it is obviously wrong and the rules about this are just badly applied!! where's the good sense? and what about the other riders that were baned?? uci wada etc are just doing sh*t!!!
it isnt right to ban contador.
it wasnt right to ban the other cyclist that were caught with the same thing. and you want to "kill" all of the inocent riders instead of "saving" them?

and uci was just doing what they HAVE TO DO (laws and regulations) when they didnt make this issue a public one.

I have to admit that I didn't actually read most of this because I recognize stupid pretty quickly these days. The part that I did read made my bowls grumble, so off to take care of that. I say test all of the samples available for plasticizers, which will expose just how pervasive doping is, and then ban them all because now that they know about the test, they will find a way around it. In fact, there are people working on beating that test right now, and there may already be a easy solution available.

Hey, most people don't REALLY want to clean up the sport. I just wish more were honest about it.

it makes me happy to read something like this, I thought this forum was full of cycling newcomers who want to clean the sport at the risk of killing it.

Well done, well said, I fully agree with you

I like how you think that a plasticizer test should be applied to one rider. You've never been against doping because you hate cheats. Your a vindictive punce standing in the corner poking the next guy who gets caught. Standards and equality mean nothing to your primitive mind. Why isn't the test applied to everyone champ? Why shouldn't it be? Don't answer, you'll simpy show your bias. Do I think someone should be sanctioned for Clenbuterol. No, not 5 picograms that is ****ing pathetic. If I were to be tested right now, I'd be banned for two yeard for taking an allergy tablet. You and your ilk make no distinction to the variables. You apply nearly zero credible application to what is found in tests? If you're against doping...you test all of them for the damn plasticizers. Oh, I forgot...you'd have no sport left to watch and nobody left to pick on when they fall by the wayside. If you are against doping dip****, you test everyone and bust all people. You don't find some brand new, unspecified test and go...hhmmm, due process, **** that, blanket across the board testing, **** that as well. Selective targeting in a yet to be approved testing method, not by the UCI by more importantly WADA is not right (the rider is irrelevant) and does not stop a doping practice being abused. It merely makes a headline and a scapegoat for a time period. Everyone here with brain knows that if you run this supposed plasticizer test, you'd catch lots of people. So why not do it? You're anti-doping and claiming to be consistent. So why not man up and prove it? Why hide behind your pathetic..."they haven't tested positive" denial, so we don't test them. Everyone here knows the top 10 are doping. Catch them all or don't bother. Busting a lot in one go would do wonders for anti-doping...but that isn't what you're about is it. Proof in itself you're a fraud and coward. You masquerade as an anti-doping crusader, but when the crunch comes you're only in it to slag people off.

People like you are parasites and cowards. The funny thing is a guy like Armstrong would wipe the floor of you if you met him in real life. All your loathsome dopers would. Why? Because you're a pussy. Me xenophobic?...no just fed up with American losers littering the globe with their BS. If nobody stand up to the tools America infects the world with, more will follow. Wait, the Aussie dollar will soon pass yours, I might pay a visit and show you and your ilk what real people are like. Void that idea, I might catch something. Europe is far better. Heck, Nth Korea would be more inviting. How do they treat people in your country these days? Still abandoning citizens when their city floods? Enjoy being a born loser you 42 year old yankee chump. America home of the cowardly and mentally challenged...should be a catchy slogan don't you think. TFF style!

To those people here who disagree. I ask you this. How many of you had the gall to come on here in July and sink the boot into Armstrong? I don't particularly like the man but I couldn't sink to that level of behaviour. The guy was down and out, pathetic really and what did some here do? They bagged him and raved on and on. Nothing honourable or dignified there, regardless of what the man had done. Those who did, you're not in the Clinic to campaign against anti-doping. You're here to get your jollies from sledging those in cycling who fall by the wayside. You don't really believe in clean cycling or legal equality. Because if you did you'd apply the same brush to all. People around here say Valverde was dirty...yeah, but according to the UCI he was clean every test. What does that say about the guys beating him and finishing near him? Oh, I forgot...they're clean as well according to the UCI. Circular twisted logic is not rational people. You cannot legally allow those under your influence to race and then turn around and go...hhmmm, one doping incident, everything should be erased from your records despite our protocols saying you were clean. I forgot, being a doper means we can throw the book at you to some people.

Do I think Contador is clean?...hahaha! I think Andy Schleck is a raving doper (amazing rider) and Contador has beaten him every time they've raced. I believe in something you clowns never will. Fairness. As I said, you're like TFF, cowards and hypocrits. You derive pleasure from picking on a select few whose name is in the headlines. Your not here to crusade for equality, for clean cycling, for those doing the right thing to be given a level playing field. You're here to derive your own warped pleasure from others faults.

So TFF, enjoy getting your jollies from this incident. Till the next guy gets caught and thrown to the wolves, enjoy AC guys. At least he is a millionaire. At least he beat other dopers. He'll be back if he's punished. Oh, and whilst I'm at it, he and all the other dopers in all sports will always be better than you, clean or unclean. To everyone here who thinks I'm sticking up for Contador...no, there is far more to the issue than that. Go back and find my first post on the CN sight. You'll find I am very anti-doping. But the doping system right now is wrong. My cold and flu tablet I take for allergies is illegal under WADA code. I'd be banned for two years sitting here typing under WADA code. Pseudoephedrine. There are holes littering the doping process and testing parameters are out of whack. WADA is not all smiles and cookies. When someone explains to me rationally how 5 picograms wins you the TdF, I'll agree. Better yet I'll aks you to explain to someone who has studied measurement systems in detail, what it is you are defining. No diversions to plasticizers and people who may or may not have seen AC dope. Real evidence on the one thing that is concrete. The Clenbuterol. One person who can stand up and say that a pro athlete needs to use an asthma medication to lose weight!

If I took you to my local gym, you'd be in for the shock of your life. At pro-cyclist weight levels, I can tell if I've put on or lost a pound easily. If you're exerting yourself hard every day, you'll lose weight. Eat right, you lose more. A pound or two was mentioned in the articles quoted. You goofballs baying for blood didn't even mention the big weight loss wonder drug. The one Wigans was chomping down like M&Ms. AICAR. You really didn't think half of your ramblings through people. As I said, the Clinic has become a joke. Clenbuterol or AICAR? Hmmnnn. East choice. One wasn't banned till this month. One is super effective, the other at a few picograms is insignificant, especially in the month before a GT! It is laughable.

Let me speculate. Alberto was on way more than what he was caught for. He has been caught and he needs his time in the penalty box. Period.

Umm, okay. Why is that again? Are you saying that we shouldn't talk about a seemingly damning piece of evidence because the test is new? Or are you saying you just don't think the levels are off the charts like has been reported?

Dearest Blutto,

...only a moron doesn't realize that Charlotte is in North Carolina, not South Carolina. Did they teach geography in the slum in which you were born? Don't answer, I already know.

contador's case will show that fight againts doping (laws) and science don't always match, and will show how bad the rules were.

Science will support contador, and will kick your asses

Let me translate "The guy I like got busted so the rules are different this time, and everyone else dopes so you guys only talk about the dopers that get busted, and because dopers are doping and everyone does it, it isn't fair that you pick on my favorite rider even though he mainlined a dildo's worth of plastic in his transfusion process, and see, he is skinny and has no reason to use dope to lose weight even though he dopes for everything else, and you should take away Schlecklet's #2 spot too, and you guys are stupid because you think that organizations that are charged with catching dopers should actually do their job because that would mean that there would be no people riding races, and of course the UCI will not do anything because they are making major scratch off of doped riders riding races, so you guys are stupid because Contador doped and you say he doped because he didn't really dope because everyone else dopes and nobody should be caught for doping,"

Does that help you interpret what he and the moron brigade are trying to say?

Sorry Charlie, Contadope's case will show that there was Clen in his p!ss and that he hooked up to the red bag of courage. He is gonna take a 2 year vacation if there is any justice in the world. (Hint: There rarely is, so his sorry doping a$$ just might get off on a technicality)

We just copied New Zealand from 5 years before;)
In 1998, while the French government was testing nuclear weapons in the Pacific, French loaves were renamed Kiwi loaves in a number of supermarkets and bakeries. This, however, does not appear to have been as extensively reported or publicized as anti-French sentiment in the United States. However, French Fries at a few family restaurants were renamed Kiwi fries, or just "Fries", which was already an established term. New Zealanders, however, generally use the British English word "chips".

Dearest blutto,

...your exemplified wit is a clear indicator of your "upbringing," and sorry to say, but your lineage and education scream "slum." Its cool man, don't worry, the world needs people to fry potatoes regardless of what you name them.

Dearest TFF aka SFB and associated Familiars

...so sorry...so confused...see the following...note state affiliation of Walter B. Jones...I must have wrongly assumed that Mr Jones was from that other North Carolina, which is where, apparently, the delicacy that is Freedom Fries was supposed to have, not only originated, but was a state-wide favourite snack food.....

On March 11, 2003, Representatives Robert W. Ney (R-Ohio) and Walter B. Jones, Jr. (R-North Carolina) declared that all references to French fries and French toast on the menus of the restaurants and snack bars run by the House of Representatives would be removed. House cafeterias were ordered to rename French fries to "freedom fries". This action was carried out without a congressional vote, under the authority of Ney's position as Chairman of the Committee on House Administration, which oversees restaurant operations for the chamber. The simultaneous renaming of French toast to "freedom toast" attracted less attention.[1]

Congressmen Ney and Jones were not the first to rename French fries "freedom fries"; a number of private restaurants across the country began the renaming movement. Neal Rowland, owner of the privately owned fast-food restaurant Cubbie's in Beaufort, North Carolina began the movement by selling his fried potato strips under the name "freedom fries".

...both quotes from the fount of all knowledge Wiki...

Ok, now I am feeling left out. I thought I won the "6 degrees of Lance" game three days ago

http://forum.cyclingnews.com/showpost.php?p=357307&postcount=87

I always thought it was strange that Chris stayed at Astana when everyone else left. I had heard it was a pay issue and that he would rather work the Service Course instead of traveling all the time. Smart move by Wonderboy, leave a plant with your biggest rival.

I wonder if they will buy him a big Mercedes like they did for Julian or maybe he gets the $300,000 that was going to go to LeMond's teammate?
